This period is specifically for one phase of the design process. Complete project timelines, including revisions, may extend depending on the complexity and requirements specified by the client.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

To initiate a refund or cancellation, please contact us via one of the following methods:

Refunds are fully available if a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of project initiation. Requests made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our fee schedule.

Scope of Non-Refundable Services

Some of our services are not eligible for refunds. These include, but are not limited to:

These services require upfront costs or third-party engagements that are non-recoverable by DynamicLogoDesign.com.

Content Creation and Management

Our content services extend to creating unique and engaging text and images that resonate with your brand. However, these services must be explicitly purchased. We ensure all content is curated to maintain originality and relevance to your specific needs.

Customer and Technical Support

Customer support is available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Technical support, while limited, is provided with clarity and responsibility, focusing on essential setup and troubleshooting guidance.
